I need to pass the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam in 6 days. I need any tips and tricks, suggestions or advise that might help me be successful? I hear it is a very difficult and tricky exam. I am just beginning to study the PMBok. Any help is surely appreciated. Thanks so much in advance.

If you have not already applied to sit for the exam, you will not be able to pass in six days. You need to apply to PMI documenting your experience etc first. They will send you a letter saying you are eligible to sit for the exam, and then you can schedule your exam, which might have to be several days or even weeks into the future depending on demand in your area.

If you have already applied and scheduled your exam in 6 days, then it depends on how much money you want to invest. There are many PMP boot camp courses around the country at any given time, and you might like to get on one of those.

If you don’t want to do that you should purchase one of the many PMP prep books available and self study. We use the Rita Mulcahy book in our PMP courses. She also has a variety of other products you can buy, although we don’t use them ourselves. Make sure you are using products for the 4th edition PMBOK which was recently released.
