Feb 17, 2009. The OLE Project (http://oleproject.org) hosts a public conversation webinar with the developers of E-Matrix. E-Matrix is a serials and electronic resource management system developed by NCSU Libraries. NCSU Libraries plans to release the software under an open source license.
