Pioneered the development and growth of a Management Consulting and Project Management Firm – Williams Consulting Group, Inc. (2002-2006).  Started a company that manages a small team of independent consultants that provide technology and business solutions to small and mid-size companies.  Launched a unique sales system that identifies a client’s needs based on performing detailed onsite evaluations, while contracting various service providers in order to provide turn-key solutions.
Led the turnaround of a Major Accounts sales team, exceeding expectations by increasing revenue growth from 10% to 137%. Recruited to serve as Sales Engineer and Tier II, Data Network Specialist for AT&T Business Services, Major Accounts (2000-2002).  In addition to improving incremental revenue, I assisted Sales Executives in identifying new opportunities that resulted in 2.5 million in additional revenue through innovative marketing and distribution strategies.
